      Hi!

About this package with 10 doses: One dose is for how many litres of milk?

      Do you ship to Brazil?

      Tx, and best regards.
      Hello,
1 - 2 dose of Penicillium roqueforti (PV) will inoculate 1,000 liters of milk. I have attached the Data sheet for more information.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the US at this time.
Since our products are perishable and are regulated by the FDA we are unsure of international shipping laws, so we stay domestic.
      I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Your best bet might be to try and contact Danisco (Danisco is the main manufacture of cultures that we buy from) and they might sell to a distributor in your area.

      Good Luck!

Once the packaging is opened what is the shelf life of these molds? In other words, do I have to use the whole package at once? If they can be stored, how is the best way for longevity?
      Hi Marikka,
Penicillium roqueforti that we obtain from our supplier typically has about a 12 month shelf life for optimum usage when stored at normal freezer temps. It will never "go bad" as in harmful, there will just be a gradual decrease in activity. The best way to store the pouch is to put it in a zip lock bag or airtight container to keep out moisture and store in your freezer.
      Thanks!
