A must-have book for the intermediate home cheesemaker. A bit technical, but if you're ready to learn the nuts and bolts of cheese making this is a great book.

This book is filled with useful info. This is not really a recipe book, it is a book to teach you how to develop your own recipes. It also has info on
every aspect of cheese making. Great book, well worth the money.
